CNC milling machine, 5 axes (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

-Setting up, operating and operating 5-axis CNC milling machines (individual parts & small series)

-Programming and optimization on Heidenhain, optionally via CAM

-Tool selection, measurement and tool life optimization

-Process monitoring, corrections during operation, reduction of downtime

-In-process inspections and final inspections according to drawings (dimensions, form/position tolerances, surfaces)

-Documentation of test results, compliance with QM requirements (ISO 9001 / EN 9100)

-Maintenance and care of the machine within the area of responsibility

-Coordination with AV, QS and colleagues for continuous process improvement

Your profile:

-Completed apprenticeship as a machining mechanic, CNC milling machine operator

-Several years of experience on 5-axis milling machines

- Proficient in Heidenhain programming; CAM knowledge is an advantage

- Drawing-proof (tolerances, fits, surface specifications)

- Quality awareness, clean and structured work methods

-Personal responsibility and teamwork skills
